A gentle, guided practice to support nervous system regulation and deep rest. Using conscious breathing techniques, this class helps you release tension, reconnect with your body, &create space for calm & clarity. Leave feeling grounded, balanced, and restored. No experience needed.

Spin pretty pole class

A welcoming introduction to spin pole where you’ll learn the basics, build strength, and get comfortable moving on the pole. Prerequisite – must have a comfortable climb.

Monday – 7:15pm – 8:15pm
