Delivery Timeframes
Next Day Delivery Available
- Orders placed before 11:59 pm are eligible for next day delivery
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the following business day
- Deliveries are made on business days only, including Saturday (excluding public holidays)

- Shipping fees are displayed at checkout
- Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly communicated
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation
- You’ll receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp
- Once dispatched, you’ll be notified with delivery details

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

- Share photos or videos to help us resolve the issue quickly
